Josie Zalba
Chief Marketing & Communications Officer
As Mill Town Media Group’s growth hacker, Josie lives where digital marketing and efficiency meet. With over a decade of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, communications, and project management, she has coordinated numerous international go-to-market campaigns, new communication and public relations initiatives, as well as company-wide rebranding strategies and acquisition integrations.
She has ample experience creating and publishing multilingual content including newsletters, e-blasts, blog posts, web pages, press releases, social media posts, articles, and videos. She is also well-versed in different marketing, design, and project management software, which has allowed her to adapt to diverse industries like agriculture and farming, mining and construction, heavy machinery, power tools and metalworking equipment, automation and manufacturing, architecture and design, health and wellness, sports and entertainment, travel and tourism, education and study-abroad programs, and the marine sector.
A native English, French and Spanish speaker, she is passionate about languages, becoming fluent in Italian in recent years. Outside of the office, she can be found playing the harp, learning new languages and varied skills, and spending time with Leo, our seasoned Cuddles, Yaps, and Naps Specialist.
Paula Zalba
Chief Financial & Operating Officer
Paula is the analytical backbone of Mill Town Media Group, blending operational efficiency with data insights. With a background in finance, business analysis, and division management, she has experience in feasibility analysis, financial forecasting, and effective management of multimillion-dollar budgets.
Throughout her career in the both the private and nonprofit sector, she has supported successful international trade expansions into new markets and led organizational change through restructures and digital transformations. She has also leveraged her native proficiency in English, French, and Spanish to provide marketing solutions such as content creation, training materials, web design, and communications. She has a proven track record of building, leading, and training successful teams in a variety of industries, like education, travel and tourism, amputation and prosthetics, Veterans Affairs benefits advocacy and case management, and multi-store retail operations with a focus on import/export logistics and global supply chain management.
She is passionate about numbers and is constantly expanding her skillset in statistical analysis, process improvement, and quality control methods. During her time off, she enjoys ballroom dancing, reading at the beach, and attending volunteering and networking events.
Gabby Cha Lucci
Chief Product and R&D Officer
Gabby is the visionary behind Mill Town Media Group. A creative powerhouse and seasoned entrepreneur, she is able to interpret small business owners’ goals, expectations, budget, and scalability needs, and turn them into simple and efficient solutions.
With an educational background in science and marketing, and experience across multiple industries like education and training, restaurant management, retail, apparel, health, construction, and home services, she has proven insights on high-ROI strategies and efficient business management. Her applied project management skills allow her to develop educational and training materials and successfully manage product development from conception to launch. An experienced multilingual content curator and website builder, she has also created and branded numerous online media outlets successfully boosting their authority and impact.
Gabby is passionate about researching new market trends, digital tools, technologies, and platforms. When she is not planning Mill Town Media Group’s next big move, you can find her taking walks in nature, gardening, and cooking her signature heirloom Italian recipes.
